I've since learned there is no Adobe Support Advisor to download. ![]() When I attempted to do the install again, it attempted to do the install, but stopped after a couple of minutes and then a window showed up which said the following. ![]() Finally my screen froze and I got a blue screen computer crash. I could see it was then having problems because that last % was taking much longer. It did fine, up until it reached 99% installed. After installing the latest Windows 10, version 1709, I put my installation disk in and let it go. My most important one is Adobe Premiere CS5. ![]() I finally did figure out how to do it myself, but because I also then needed to do a clean install, now I need to reinstall all my programs. Two calls to Microsoft support for a total of 5 hours, and several days of attempts on my own. So my computer made an unsuccessful attempt over 10 times a day for 2 weeks. Microsoft has been trying to do an automatic upgrade of my Windows 10 for 2 weeks. ![]()
